I had allergy form last Saturday.
I have an itch on neck.
The skin is red.
I saw the skin department doctor yesterday.
Accordingly, the doctor told me I have to avoid twelve kinds of food.

2. Seafood 海鮮
3. Spicy Food 辣的
4. Bamboo shoot 竹筍
5. Strawberry 草莓
6. Eggplant 茄子
7. Mango 芒果
8. Mushroom etc. 菇蕈類
9. Coffee 咖啡
10. Tea 茶
11. Taro 芋頭
12. Persimmon 柿子
It’s so terrible because I only dislike eating Seafood and Spicy Food.
Moreover, mango is my favorite fruit in summer.
I ate several types of these foods recently, so I had no idea of the real origin.
I’d better more carefully if I still want to eat them without irritation.
