The Fantasia of Penguin

When I planed to visit Tokyo, I had decided to eat a lot of desserts.
The dessert becomes and indispensable part to live in Japan and Tokyo is the heaven.
I personally believe this saying.
When I watched Japanese TV programs about food, I always want to be there and eat.
Soufflé in the Sweet Forest is my favorite dessert during these days.

Soufflé is the French traditional dessert which is made from milk, egg, cream, and flour.
I ordered the Raspberry soufflé.
When I used the spoon to dig in the middle, I felt it was soft and moist.
I mixed raspberry jam and fresh cream with soufflé.
The mouth feel liked pudding with cotton candy.
It was not very oily although it was sweet.
It melted in the mouth at once and disappeared.
It was the most delicious soufflé I have never eaten.
